Construction projects are in a constant state of redesign as end-users an architects redefine how they want their office spaces to look and be utilized. As such PBS is often asked to make last minute changes to meet these goals with minimal impact to cost and schedule. The TI was a prime example of this as the end-user opted to change the size of several boards midway through the project. By reusing previously ordered materials on subsequent floors, we were able to meet these demands in short order.
